Job Description
Take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery of hyperscalers, holding responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects according to the standard offering modules in the area of hyperscalers. Manage service quality, optimize portfolios, handle finance activities and collaborate with top management to drive success. Focus on Microsoft Azure and AWS working closely with customers to analyze their requirements to find the best fitting offering from our portfolio. Supervise contract fulfilment and ensures its optimization for the client and the Company throughout the contract period. Managing customer setup in SAP systems. Conducting onboarding, offboarding, and change processes for customers. Managing and processing the invoicing process in systems to ensure automated provisioning and billing. Ensuring that established standards and processes are adhered to throughout the delivery cycle.
