Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support key strategic relationships with partners projected to generate billions in new originations annually.
• Lead onboarding and launch of new partnerships, coordinating workstreams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Monitor partner performance across acquisition, conversion, and portfolio quality to identify optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Project management experience with large projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and digital acquisition channels.
