Job Description
As a Doer Success Admin, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting the heart of our Operations Team. Your mission: keep things moving smoothly for our amazing Doers (our rockstar team members) by providing critical admin support and handling HR-related requests with speed, empathy, and accuracy. From processing leave and schedule change requests to issuing incident reports and conducting exit interviews — you’ll make sure every Doer receives the support, guidance, and clarity they need. This isn’t just admin. This is purpose-driven support that impacts hundreds of careers daily.
You’ll review and approve/decline HR-related requests (leave, Certificate of Attendance, schedule changes, resignations), coordinate Doer transitions, make outbound calls to guide Doers through changes, issue incident reports, conduct retention/exit interviews, handle general enquiries, ensure timely processing of tickets, and prepare daily reports.
