Responsibilities:

  • Become a product and industry expert to provide trusted advice to restaurant owners.
  • Collaborate with owners to match their objectives with product features, focusing on value and ROI.
  • Work with the XDR team to develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Partner with the onboarding team to deliver smooth product launches for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in software sales, ideally high-volume SMB SaaS with closing experience.
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach and a history of personal and professional excellence.
  • Lifelong learner mindset thriving in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Strong sales acumen, time management, and organizational skills; restaurant experience is a plus.

Role Context:

  • This role is fully remote and serves a significant Spanish-speaking customer base, requiring verbal and written Spanish proficiency.
  • The target earnings are $130,000k, with a $65,000 base plus $65,000 uncapped commission and pre-IPO equity.
