Commercial Strategy and Monetization:
- Own pricing and monetization strategy across devices and services.
- Identify untapped pricing, packaging, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead scenario modeling, TAM sizing, elasticity analysis.
Device Value & Customer Economics:
- Own the commercial thesis for how device adoption impacts retention.
- Build and maintain models linking device penetration to subscription.
- Partner with Data and Product to design experiments.
Business Performance & Strategic Partnership:
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the GM of Devices.
- Own the KPI framework, dashboards, and operating cadence.
- Pressure-test initiatives, assumptions, and investment proposals.
Insights, Market Intelligence & “Looking Around Corners”:
- Track competitive dynamics, pricing moves, and ecosystem shifts.
- Identify and evaluate new business models, partnerships, or monetization vectors.
- Develop and proactively present point-of-view recommendations.
