Responsibilities:

  • Source passive talent for engineering, BIM/VDC, construction, architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Track sourcing activity and maintain candidate records in ATS systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment support.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies.
