Responsibilities:
- Source passive talent for engineering, BIM/VDC, construction, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Track sourcing activity and maintain candidate records in ATS systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment support.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies.
