Manage Included Health’s marketing websites, partnering with Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, Product, and Engineering.
Assess the web stack, CMS, and integrations; define and execute a plan to modernize the architecture.
Define requirements and partner with developers to implement improvements to the web platform.

Technical SEO & AIO:

Develop and own a technical SEO and AIO roadmap that improves crawlability, indexing, and visibility across search engines.
Implement and maintain structured data, URL structures, internal linking strategies, and XML sitemaps.
Lead the front-end development of content and initiatives for search, AI platforms, and social channels.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

Define and track core web KPIs, such as organic traffic and rankings, page speed, conversion rates, and engagement.
Evaluate marketing data and metrics to assess SEO and AIO effectiveness; lead a test-and-learn approach for landing pages.
Maintain reporting and dashboards, communicating results and data-driven decisions to key stakeholders.
