You’ll play a critical role in executing high-impact policy initiatives — from research and policy development to internal coordination and external communications. You'll support the development and execution of policies around royalty administration, artificial streaming, new music technologies, platform rules, and more.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to help inform policy decisions. Assist in crafting clear, accessible messaging about existing and new policies — contributing to scaled education initiatives for artists, songwriters, distributors, and rights holders.
Help track industry trends, feedback, and data in partnership with cross-functional teams. Coordinate policy launches across internal teams, ensuring consistency and clarity in our communications and implementation, and collaborate with other teams to gather input.
