Run daily progress updates and meetings with the Malaysia team to track numbers and pipeline health. Maintain strict daily screening quality scores - only top candidates move forward. Source aggressively using LinkedIn, direct headhunting, referrals, social platforms, and beyond.

Partner with hiring managers globally to define requirements and deliver ready-to-interview shortlists fast. Ensure no delays or drop-offs in candidate or manager progression. Mentor junior recruiters, raising standards of execution and output. Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and best practices in global recruitment.
