Responsibilities:
- Review applications and move candidates through the interview process for summer hiring.
- Partner with Regional and Operations teams to stay aligned on market needs.
- Flag pipeline gaps proactively to prevent hiring problems.

- Energetic and personable, building rapport easily across diverse backgrounds.
- Solutions-oriented with clear communication skills, even during busy or ambiguous periods.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruitment or related experience is preferred.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and comfort with Google Suite and Excel.
- West Coast location is strongly preferred, with working hours of 8 AM – 4 PM PST.
