Systems Engineer

This Systems Engineer role involves maintaining a wide range of Extreme Networks equipment used for testing, validation, and integration activities. You will be responsible for maintaining lab infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness, supporting test scenarios, and collaborating with engineering and product teams with test setups, and contributing to automation and innovation efforts within the lab. You will leverage on this lab to demonstrate the value of the solutions from Extreme Networks to the customers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with account managers to identify customer needs and propose technical solutions, conducting training and product demonstrations, delivering technical assessments, and providing pre-sales technical support. The role also requires maintaining lab documentation, supporting automated testing frameworks and collaborating with product teams.
