Client and Team Engagement:
- Act as a billable Senior Consultant on key engagements, maintaining a 60% utilization goal and resolving client escalations.
- Develop hiring strategies to grow capabilities in India and retain top talent across consulting and technical roles.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and strengthen the company's presence as a trusted Salesforce partner in the region.
