We are currently seeking a Remote Territory Sales Representative for the Crop Protection (CP) Sales team located in Calgary or the surrounding areas. In this position, you will build strong customer relationships and generate interest and demand for the Syngenta CP portfolio within the assigned geography. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will develop a territory plan to achieve sales targets by analyzing market trends to identify data-driven growth opportunities, completing product forecasting requirements, and achieving annual sales targets for crop protection and seedcare. You will foster meaningful relationships by utilizing discovery skills to understand retailer and grower needs, collaborating with retailers to create sales activity plans, and delivering and reconciling programs or segmented offers to retailers. You will communicate the value of technology by effectively communicating the value of the product portfolio and services, training and developing retailers to effectively position the product to growers, and creating awareness of technology through demonstration trials and capture experiences. Provide in-season technical and sales support.
