Your Daily Impact:

  • You act as a financial advocate for clients, simplifying complex financial concepts for everyone.

Your Profile and Requirements:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
  • You possess a genuine curiosity about the stock market and personal finance.
  • You are technologically agile, comfortable with multiple browser tabs and internal communication tools.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
  • You must be available for full-time, 8-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
