Roaming Commercial Expert

Role Purpose:

• The Roaming Expert is responsible for managing international roaming commercial activities, roaming coordination, IREG testing, and financial settlement follow-up.
• The role acts as the main focal point between customers, roaming partners, clearing houses, and internal teams to ensure smooth roaming operations, successful IOT negotiations, and accurate reconciliation and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bilateral and multilateral negotiations with roaming partners and groups to secure optimal IOT terms IRAs.
• Ensure contracts reflect agreed commercial conditions and are aligned with GSMA standards and RAEX processes.
• Monitor contract lifecycle and proactively manage renewals and amendments.

Financial Reconciliation & Settlements:

• Perform regular reconciliations between operational and financial data (e.g., invoices, payments, service delivery, usage reports).
• Validate and process settlement reports, ensuring accuracy of financial postings and balances.
