Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the data migration and digital transformation programme.
- Define team scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with programme goals.
- Monitor delivery progress and manage budget, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Team Lead or similar leadership role in transformation programmes.
- Strong project planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data migration and SAP/S4HANA is highly desirable.
