About the Role:
- We are seeking experienced physicians to serve as owner and President of affiliated medical groups.
- This is a governance and clinical leadership role, not a full-time clinical position.
- You will oversee an NP-led care model serving skilled nursing and home health patients.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as sole or majority shareholder, director, and President of one or more professional corporations.
- Provide clinical governance and maintain collaborative practice agreements with nurse practitioners.
- Oversee credentialing, peer review, and Medicare enrollment for the PC.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with active unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or PM&R preferred.
- Clean compliance profile and experience supervising NPs or serving as Medical Director.
