About the Role:
- Own the clinical protocols for virtual on-demand, urgent, and convenience care lines.
- Lead and scale the QA program using AI-powered tools.
What You'll Do:
- Write and refine clinical protocols, integrating them across partners and into platform logic.
- Lead the QA program, using AI to scale and provide feedback to the network.
- Develop outcome-tracking frameworks and manage patient safety escalations.
Who You Are:
- MD or DO board-certified in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine with primary care experience.
- Substantial clinical and virtual care experience, including clinical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with QA, protocol authoring, and basic AI tool proficiency.
