Job Description
As a Program Success Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of graduate medical education (GME) institutions and programs, as well as specialty organizations—from onboarding through long-term adoption. You will become the trusted advisor for program coordinators, GME managers and directors/Designated Institutional Officials (DIOs), crafting joint success plans to maximize product value, drive retention, and create passionate advocates throughout academic medicine.
You’ll become the go-to expert on Thalamus capabilities and consult GME stakeholders through tailored feature walkthroughs that solve their unique challenges. You'll proactively monitor customer health and execute interventions that boost retention and upsell. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback shapes our innovation roadmap.
