Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage online platform logistics with the Sales Academy Coordinator for training communications.
  • Conduct virtual Sales Academy sessions to deliver business-defined excellence and support agents throughout training.
  • Manage peripheral training programs, implement sales training, measure effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
  • Educate sales professionals on success systems, products, underwriting guidelines, and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Review training content for alignment with corporate strategy and engage in field deployment to support local agencies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and teach digital platforms aiding agent development and utilize Microsoft Office and Zoom.
  • Identify training opportunities aligned to business objectives and create learning modules as requested.
  • Flexibility for 25% travel, effective communication at all levels, and leadership with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work full or part time based on position requirements.
