New Automotive Market Development Engineer

Summary:

• Identify product requirements and drive technology development for TPE compounds.
• Support business growth by pursuing new opportunities and strategic markets.

Duties:

• Manage development activities and interpret sample results for customers.
• Interface with converters, Tiers, and OEMs to achieve product approvals.
• Submit call reports and respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science and 5-7 years of elastomer experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Remote role based in Michigan or northern Ohio, with frequent travel over 50%.
