Position:
- Serve as a knowledgeable healthcare provider and patient advocate, educating on LC-FAOD therapy adherence.
- Coordinate with HCPs and care teams to implement care plans that mitigate side effects and improve outcomes.
- Engage with patients and caregivers through personalized counseling to address barriers to effective therapy.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years prior patient engagement experience required.
- 3-5 years clinical educator/care coordinator experience preferred.
- BA/BS in Life Sciences, Communications or Healthcare Management preferred; healthcare degree (RD, NP, RN, BSN) preferred.
Work Model:
- Remote: full-time from home with occasional travel to offices or other locations.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.
- Strong emotional resilience and calm demeanor under stress required.
