Senior Product Manager - Payroll Expansion

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries as the accountable Product Manager.
• Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps visible to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partnering with Solution Design to ensure feasibility and translate requirements into clear deliverables.
• Serving as a key escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced SaaS or regulatory-heavy environments such as fintech or payroll.
• Strong expertise in mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior colleagues.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
