Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and configure custom ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, custom flow actions, and automation.
- Develop integrations, manage data migration, and perform technical analysis and testing.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 5+ years of hands-on development.
- Strong experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap with Service Portal widget development.
