Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
- Partner with engineering managers to align team expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in program management.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams on complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Other:
- Experience in hyperscaler, high-performance computing, or similar production environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with hybrid hardware deployments, software engineering projects, and product delivery processes is desirable.
