Responsibilities:
- Support Quote-to-Cash processes, including CPQ workflows, order form review, and provisioning customer contracts.
- Reconcile customer usage, billing, and revenue data across CRM, product, and finance systems.
- Serve as a hands-on Salesforce administrator, building reports and maintaining data quality.
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience with admin, reporting, flows, and automations.
- Incredible AI curiosity and capability to use tools like Cursor and Claude to optimize workflows.
