Brief Overview:
- The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role within the Growth Operations Department.
- The Analyst will be responsible for executing day to day operations including but not limited to supporting the quote and contract processes, managing system governance and improving overall processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the field sales team on opportunity management (creation, updating, closing).
- Troubleshoot and perform data audits to improve data integrity; investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
- Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support, maintenance and success tracking.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ of progressive relevant experience in a Sales Operations role preferred
- Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and reporting required, knowledge of Salesforce CPQ preferred
