Sales Operations Support:
- Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Support SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs in achieving goals through operational guidance.
- Own reseller/VAR account setup and maintenance in Salesforce.
Process Optimization & Documentation:
- Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Track and report partner transaction metrics and process exceptions.
- Assist with the implementation of tools and automation to streamline workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to resolve issues.
- Support training initiatives for the sales organization on tools and processes.
- Assist with sales technology implementations and enhancements.
