Job Description
The IT Technical Analyst functions as the first line of support for healthcare-based integration solutions, supporting the end-to-end flow of data in an AWS environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Supporting all data flows like CCDA, HL7v2 and Claims/Eligibility data.
- Communicating with customers regarding outages.
Qualifications Include:
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, PostgreSQL
- Exposure to healthcare data standards e.g., HL7, CCDA, FHIR
- Strong analytical skills and customer service-oriented approach
