Alarm.com is looking for a Technical Account Manager. This role involves managing technical sales relationships with select partners in the region, alongside Account Executives, and acting as the escalation point for technical issues. The TAM provides ongoing product support and training to partners, champions development requirements, and represents Alarm.com at trade shows. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting local and remote tests, and supporting the Sales Team during pre-sales. The role requires fluency in English and the ability to travel up to 50% within the region.
