Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition to source and select new employees and internal transfers.
  • Develops pools of qualified candidates in advance of need for the Piedmont Healthcare System.
  • Participates as a team member to fill open positions across various facilities and departments.

Qualifications - Education:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED is required for this role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications - Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of recruitment and/or HR experience.
  • Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft systems is preferred for the position.
  • Participation in an HR Internship program and recruiting or general HR experience is also preferred.
