Job Description
As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the founders and engineering team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll manage internal communication flows, organize documentation, support project tracking, and take ownership of a wide range of tasks that help the team operate efficiently. This is a dynamic role that requires resourcefulness, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include supporting founders with daily operational and administrative tasks, streamlining workflows, managing internal documentation, conducting research, coordinating events, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Notion and Slack.
