Primary Duties:

  • Prepare board presentations, practice communications, and meeting minutes for ACO board meetings.
  • Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings for providers and field teams.

Operational Support:

  • Assist in designing and implementing key reports, including financial reports and KPIs, using relevant business intelligence and CRM tools.
  • Monitor compliance activities and support the Market President and field team on special projects and data requests.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment and knowledge of the healthcare industry or project management are beneficial.
  • Physical requirement includes prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
