Responsibilities:

  • Lead business readiness and enablement for internal teams, ensuring they are prepared for operational changes and the PDLC.
  • Maintain project trackers, monitor milestones, and escalate blockers while executing communication plans and updating internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, including project management in a client-facing role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong written and oral communication skills for all company levels, and experience in data analytics.

Work Setting and Requirements:

  • This is a remote role with infrequent travel and mandatory in-person onboarding sessions called Trailhead held quarterly at headquarters.
  • Work involves normal hearing, vision, and verbal skills, with the ability to use a phone/headset and operate a keyboard for 6-8+ hours daily.
