Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic & Enterprise Account Executives, fostering professional growth and career development.
  • Own and drive revenue growth within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with RVPs and executive leadership to define and execute area sales strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing a sales team
  • BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams that consistently achieve and exceed targets.
