Job Description
You will step into a high-impact interim leadership role while the Director of Customer Advocacy is on maternity leave. This position combines interim leadership responsibilities with hands-on program ownership, guiding a small team and ensuring continuity of critical programs. This will involve serving as a visible partner to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to keep advocacy initiatives running at full strength.
You will also continue to drive long-term advocacy and recognition programsβdesigning initiatives that spotlight customer impact, foster loyalty, and strengthen the 1Password brand, sourcing, engaging, and celebrating champions and defining success metrics, tracking engagement, and reporting on outcomes to leadership.
