As a People Business Partner, you will partner directly with leaders to strategically shape and elevate our People function in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will use your collaboration and communication skills to coach leaders, drive engagement, support change management, and execute on organizational goals. Reporting to the VP of People, the People Business Partner will support our organization’s growth while fostering an inclusive, transparent, and high-performing culture.
You will serve as the first point of contact for employee relations across the company, working with employees and managers to resolve conflicts, navigate sensitive situations, and foster a positive and equitable employee experience. You will coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure consistency in how we lead, support, and grow our teams. You will advise on a wide range of employee questions, policies, and concerns with empathy and professionalism. You will collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to employee engagement.
You will assist with day-to-day People Operations work as needed, including onboarding and offboarding support, reporting, recruiting, and benefits administration. You will partner with the Legal and People teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. You will use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to proactively address issues. You will help shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability.
