Supply Chain Master Data Project Manager

Project Management & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks and budgets, and facilitate governance reviews.
• Follow best-in-class project management standards and maintain documentation for digital transformation initiatives.

Data Standards & Governance:

• Assess current data state, define standards and quality rules, and publish data dictionaries for all in-scope objects.
• Partner with Data Governance to align frameworks and establish roles, responsibilities, and monitoring dashboards.

Process Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Analyze end-to-end data creation processes to identify gaps and redesign workflows that embed standards at source.
• Build relationships with plant managers and regional leaders, facilitating workshops to build consensus and drive change.

Digital Initiative Enablement:

• Ensure master data activities are sequenced to meet timelines for MDM platforms, planning tools, and ERP rollouts.
• Collaborate with IT to translate data requirements and support data migration where quality is a dependency.
