Job Description
As a BlackCloak Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating pipeline for a dynamic, successful revenue team. You will develop both meetings and pipeline from your outbound efforts, working marketing leads, and responding to inbound inquiries - all meant to drive pipeline and top line revenue. You will also be charged with working alongside successful account executives on opportunities - both to ensure a win and to develop your own sales skills.
You should be results-driven and enjoy building something from scratch, especially developing a territory in a new product category. If you are naturally curious with an eagerness to learn, you will thrive on this high-performance team. This involves excelling at prospecting and lead qualification, driving a minimum of 16 meetings per month, and providing sales support on active opportunities. Collaboration with other teams is also key to drive account satisfaction, renewals, and expansions.
