Customer Support:
- Respond to customer comments and questions via email, phone, SMS, live chat, and social media.
- Meet daily resolution targets and SLA commitments.
- Maintain and update Zendesk macros and Help Center FAQs.
Community Management:
- Moderate the Facebook Group and other brand communities.
- Review and approve posts, remove off-topic or harmful content.
- Ensure conversations align with community guidelines.
Social Engagement:
- Strengthen and grow our reputation on Reddit and Trustpilot.
- Proactively engage with users and provide thoughtful responses.
- Identify emerging topics across social channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support lifecycle messaging through Braze.
- Lead quality control across brand voice and tone.
- Assist with issue and shipping communications during high-impact moments.
