Senior Recruiter – Accounting

The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for various public accounting roles within the organization and our partner firms. This position requires a deep understanding of both accounting functions and the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle recruiting which includes developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to find high-quality talent, maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, offer delivery, and working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to meet hiring goals. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging passive candidates for accounting roles (e.g., Tax. Audit, Accountants, etc.) through online platforms. Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future accounting roles. Conducting initial resume screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit. The position will be fully remote, with ideal candidate located in Florida.
