Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions, partner with leadership, and manage offer letters.
  • Execute onboarding documentation, system setup, and facilitate new hire orientation.

HR Administration & Support:

  • Support benefits administration, handle employee enrollments and questions.
  • Assist with HR-related inquiries and maintain employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR policies and support employee lifecycle events.

Compliance & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure HR processes align with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist in updating employee handbooks and support audits and reporting.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR efficiency and operations.
