Job Description

Lawmatics is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support their expanding customer base. The role involves mastering the Lawmatics platform, participating in training, providing customer support via phone, email, and video conferencing, and troubleshooting complex issues. The Customer Success specialist will collaborate with internal teams to manage the support queue, mitigate risk, and reduce churn; assist in building out help articles and training videos; understand product roadmap; provide feedback to the Product team, and test new features. The role requires 1+ years of experience in a customer success or service environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, strong communication skills and problem solving skills. The position is hybrid, working from the San Diego office Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
