Job Description
The Customer Training & Success Manager will proactively reach out to new customers to offer device training, deliver one-on-one and small group training, and facilitate group training sessions. They will develop training playbooks and curriculum, create blended learning experiences, and manage knowledge resources. The Manager will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define a cohesive training strategy and track common training requests. They will analyze training effectiveness and adoption metrics, and may be assigned to other projects.
Success in this role involves ensuring every new customer receives proactive, high-quality post-sale outreach and adaptable training. Playbooks and curriculum should support both live and self-guided learning, tailored to customer personas. A clear framework exists for aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing on the customer training journey, with the Manager facilitating collaboration and ensuring consistent messaging.
