Job Description

Lead the architecture, strategy, and execution of enterprise CRM platforms with a strong emphasis on hands-on technical leadership. This role is responsible for Salesforce architecture and governance, including CPQ, integrations, and automation that scale across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will serve as both a strategic leader and technical architect, balancing long-term CRM roadmap planning with hands-on design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in CPQ, complex enterprise system integrations, and the ability to support diverse sales motions, including both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models.
