Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor network infrastructure in real time to ensure availability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot network issues, outages, and alerts.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate engineering or support teams when required.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Training or experience in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Fundamental understanding of network management tools like Cisco or SolarWinds.
