Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced alert validation, intermediate troubleshooting, and drive resolution of recurring issues in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Execute recurring maintenance and health check procedures, maintaining documentation and assisting with incident coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of IT support or NOC experience with proficiency in Windows administration, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools, scripting languages, and command-line interfaces, along with ITIL practices.
