About the Role:
- Support platform growth across multiple brands.
- Build, improve, operate, and monitor production systems.
- Solve complex problems and build scalable systems.
What You Will Do:
- Follow established SOPs and incident workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, development, security, and operations teams.
- Identify, track, and manage application and security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of enterprise technical support experience as a NOC Engineer or eCommerce Website Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Linux, and iOS systems.
- Understanding of cloud data centers and distributed computing.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with AWS, Datadog, and Atlassian Cloud applications.
- Prior experience working with a high-traffic website.
- Familiarity with CDN concepts.
