About the Role:

  • Drive customer acquisition as part of the growing Sales team.
  • Manage a territory centered in Georgia, generating revenue from new and existing customers.
  • Sell to mid-sized agricultural employers across ownership, HR, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of farm labor and ag workforce dynamics to effectively position Seso's platform.
  • Sell and manage relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across HR, finance, and operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team.

What we're looking for:

  • Must have existing ties to the agricultural community: growers, FLCs, ag associations, or adjacent service providers.
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consultative cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
