- Monitor account health signals and intervene early on at-risk accounts.
- Maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Use Modjo call intelligence for performance improvement and team learning.
What you'll bring:
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still being written.
- Confident communicator who can run a QBR and escalate issues.
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a strong plus.
